Every story has a turning point, moments when something shifts, when the next chapter needs to be written differently

In individual therapy we don’t just talk about what’s happening, we explore where your story is stuck, what patterns keep repeating and what new directions are possible.

Together we help you build insight, skills and confidence to write the next chapter on your terms.

Families grow stronger through understanding.

We work with families to improve communication, reduce conflict, and rebuild connection. Our goal is to help each member feel heard and supported as you create balance at home.

Every partnership is a co-written story. Two stories, two perspectives, and a shared desire to be understood.

Couples therapy helps you make sense of how your stories intersect, the hopes, fears, histories you each bring. Together we’ll write new ways of connecting that honour both your individuality and your relationship.

Relationships thrive not on perfection, but on understanding, repair and choice.

You’ve read the books, tried the charts and stayed calm (or at least you tried to). Your child’s anxiety, ADHD, emotional outbursts still feel unmanageable and you’re out of ideas.

Parent coaching gives you practical tools and a fresh perspective. We’ll unpack what’s underneath the behaviour, explore emotional regulation (for you and your child) and build strategies that actually fit your family.

Parenting is not a one size fits all process, and you don’t have to figure it our alone!

Our occupational therapy services help children and families understand the “why” behind behaviours, build sensory awareness and create tools for success and home and at school.

Together we help your child grow skills, confidence and independence one small step at a time.

Communication is how we share our stories, connect with others and make sense of the world around us.

Speech therapy helps children, teens and adults strengthen the skills that make expression easier and more natural. From speech sounds and language comprehension to social communication and confidence. Whether building early language, improving clarity or finding words after frustration our approach is supportive and grounded in real-life connection.

Every voice deserves to be heard and understood.

Every person’s story includes a biological chapter. The chemistry, genetics and physiology that influence mood, focus and energy.

Our psychiatric consultations help weave those chapters into the bigger picture. Through thoughtful assessment, discussion and collaboration with your therapist, we explore whether medication, lifestyle or further testing may support your well-being.

The goal is integration, combining science and story to create a plan that makes sense for you.

This service is available exclusively to current Storify Therapy Services clients.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the struggle, it’s not knowing why.

Psychological assessments bring clarity to the questions you’ve been carrying. Whether ADHD, learning differences, ASD, anxiety or simply trying to understand how your brain works best, an assessment gives you insight, language and a roadmap forward.

We don’t just hand you a report. We help you understand the story behind the scores and what to do next.

Sometimes the most healing words you’ll ever hear are, me too!!

Group therapy brings together people walking similar paths, those navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, burnout or change. In this space you’ll find out that your story makes sense, your feelings are valid and you’re not the only one trying to find balance.

Guided by skilled therapists’ groups offer tools for growth, insight through shared experience and the kind of encouragement that only comes from community.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in connection

At Storify we believe mental health education should be accessible, engaging, and grounded in real-life not just text-books.

Our team offers dynamic presentations and workshops for the community, schools, parent groups, sports teams and workplaces. Topics range from understanding ADHD and anxiety, to building resilience, setting health boundaries, supporting emotional regulation and fostering connection.

Each presentation is tailored to your audience, blending psychology with storytelling, practical tools and meaningful discussions.

When we share knowledge, we reduce stigma and strengthen the whole community.
